Welcome Mel O'Meara

Melanie O'Meara has joined the Brisbane-based Enhance Research team from Great Southern Bank, in the role of Research Consultant.

Mel was recognised by the Research Society as Young Researcher of the Year in 2022 and held the inaugural role of Youth Chair at the 2023 Human Insights Conference. Mel is not only passionate about developing her own skills as a researcher, but building an industry that attracts future researchers and helps them thrive as well. Starting her career in a client-side role has provided Mel with a strong understanding of how research intersects with real business outcomes, and how she can deliver the most value through her work.
