George has 30 years' experience in the Australian market and social research industry, having held senior positions on both the client and agency side. His unique experience delivers a high-level capability to design research and drive strategic action. His expertise in leading the design and outcomes of hundreds of research projects give him a unique insight into the critical factors driving research success.
George is the current President of the Australian Data & Insights Association (ADIA). He is also a Fellow of The Research Society and a Qualified Professional Researcher (QPR) as well as a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute (FAMI) and Certified Practicing Marketer (CPM).

Debbie Smith - Senior Research Director
Debbie has been a researcher for over twenty years and is highly skilled and experienced with knowledge across all areas of the industry.
Debbie is both a qualitative and quantitative researcher and has conducted over 500 focus groups and hundreds of in-depth interviews, as well as designing and managing hundreds of quantitative surveys. Her particular interest and experience has been in conducting social and behaviour change research and community-based social marketing (CBSM) initiatives particularly for Government, water and energy utilities.
Daniel Moroney - Senior Research Director
Daniel has over ten years experience in the market and social research industry and has developed a varied skill set which he uses to design and deliver research projects that focus on providing actionable insights for clients. After starting his career in Australia, Daniel spent 5 years working in the UK and in 2018 he returned to Australia and joined Enhance Research.
Daniel fully understands the need for research to translate into actionable advice which leads to tangible benefits for his clients. He is an excellent communicator and believes the best way to foster a relationship with his clients is through collaboration and understanding their business needs.
