NIISQ Participant Survey
We recently supported NIISQ (National Injury Insurance Scheme, Queensland) to conduct another wave of their participant survey. NIISQ have shared some of the highlights from this latest wave of research on their website.
A sample of scheme participants, or their preferred contacts, voluntarily provided feedback on the NIISQ Agency through our CATI call centre. The results were again positive, reflecting the hard work and dedication of the committed NIISQ team.
It’s great to work with a client like NIISQ, who provide valuable a service, supporting participants who have been seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident in Queensland.
